Ramtha: Immortal Cells, Cancer, and the Telomeres

“Clinical depression may accelerate aging process, study says”
“Severe depression doesn’t just affect the mind, it may also attack the body on a cellular level by speeding up the aging process, according to a new study.

In a paper published Tuesday in the journal Molecular Psychology, researchers in California and the Netherlands said they found an association between major depressive disorder, or MDD, and accelerated cellular aging.

Specifically, study authors said that after examining the white blood cells of more than 2,400 Dutch study participants, they found that people with clinical depression had shorter telomeres than their healthy peers,” quoting Monte Morin in the Los Angeles Times.

“Lifestyle Changes May Lengthen Telomeres, A Measure of Cell Aging”
“Diet, Meditation, Exercise Can Improve Key Element of Immune Cell Aging, UCSF Scientists Report”
“A small pilot study shows for the first time that changes in diet, exercise, stress management and social support may result in longer telomeres, the parts of chromosomes that affect aging.

It is the first controlled trial to show that any intervention might lengthen telomeres over time.
The study will be published online on Sept. 16 in The Lancet Oncology,” quoting Elizabeth Fernandez, University of California, San Francisco.

“Cancer is a single cell’s rebellion that preaches to other cells and they all join in and march against you. They can access in each other the immortality gene. Cancer itself and cancer tumors are immortal cells. They keep growing. They are immortal. There has never been an old cancer cell. Think about it. If the whole body turned into a cancer cell, then you would become immortal giants.

“But what is a cancer cell? It is an outbreak, a revolution. It accesses its own genius. It becomes immortal and it convinces all the other cells around it to become immortal. They then start to march and play war on every other cell. The cancer cells send legions to every part of their world and start converting other cells. That is no different than Christianity, Buddhism, Hinduism, or any other ism.

“The body is the small part of a bigger picture. They will get you every time. Why? Because they can marshal immortality on their side, and you don’t think in those terms. That is why you are overthrown. Your death sentence is imminent because an immortal cell that can make every other cell immortal is going to kill the governor of the body who is still wrapped up in some sort of macrocosmic deception that is so despotic.”

Study of Cancer and Immortal Cells:

A HeLa cell is an example of an immortal cell line used in scientific research. The cell line was derived from cervical cancer cells taken from Henrietta Lacks, who died from her cancer on October 4, 1951. Scientists now know that HeLa cells have an active version of the enzyme telomerase during cell division, which prevents the incremental shortening of telomeres that is implicated in aging and eventual cell death.

For years, Ramtha and JZ Knight have been teaching in layman’s terms what science is now discovering and celebrating in the recent Nobel Prize award in medicine. Their colorful teaching of GladysSM describes the role of telomeres and the powerful effect of our thoughts and attitudes on the health and longevity of the cell.
