Student Accomplishments:
Kali Basi attributes RSE for her women’s wear acclaim

Kali Basi

Kali Basi was featured in the Yelm-based Nisqually Valley News about creating one-of-a-kind women’s wear that has achieved national and international recognition.
Here is Kali’s story in her own words:

“I have been an RSE student since 1989. I moved to Yelm from New Zealand with my family to be closer to the school. Moving to a new country and starting again can be a challenge or as we have been taught ‘a wonderful opportunity’.
Establishing myself in my creative field has been a dream and my focus. I have applied my disciplines to create my business through the years and also to create safe passage to and from all the different places I visit for my work.
I attribute my success in my field as an artist to the teachings and disciplines taught by my teacher Ramtha.”
