Student Accomplishments:
Kim Hopkins on the value of Create Your Day®

Kim Hopkins, Roz Johnson

RSE student Kim Hopkins describes her learning’s from her application of Ramtha’s teachings in her own life. Here is Kim’s story in her own words:

“Roz Johnson and I (Kim Hopkins) had booked our semi-annual trip to School for November 6 on Southwest Airlines. We were to fly out of Kansas City early that morning (around 6 AM), change planes at Chicago-Midway Airport with a one hour lay over, then head to Seattle, getting there around 11:00 AM. This would give us enough time to get our rental car, get to school and register for the event.

Our Kansas City boarding went as planned, we got our desired seats and were settling in for the flight when an announcement came over the intercom that flights were not being allowed in Chicago at that time, most likely due to weather, and our flight therefore would be delayed at least an hour. I turned to Roz and said, ‘We’ll miss our connecting flight.’
Just then the captain came back on and said that no flights were going out either, so connecting flights might not be missed.

It suddenly dawned on me that we were students, after all, so I said > to Roz, ‘We’re students.
Let’s just close our eyes and imagine getting off the plane in Seattle on time with no glitches.” We did that then and just prepared to sit and wait to see what happened, not giving it another thought.

Within 5 minutes, an announcement came over the intercom asking THE TWO PASSENGERS BOOKED THROUGH TO SEATTLE TO PLEASE DEPLANE!
We got off and were directed to the customer service desk and immediately put on a then-departing plane for Denver, through to Seattle. We actually arrived in Seattle about a half hour earlier than the other flight!

A daily commitment with me is to believe in the power the School has shown me that I have, so verifications such as this really get me jazzed!
Thanks to Ramtha and JZ for the continued teachings on how to reclaim my power.
